Another local favorite is Mariscos El Coleguita. The original location near Ixtapa has closed, but there are still three locations across town. The best views are at the marina location overlooking the water with the beautiful Sierra Madre mountains in the distance. El Coleguita has a casual vibe so there is no need to dress up here. Another not miss location is Barcelona Tapas. With its recently renovated rooftop terrace, Barcelona Tapas has breathing views of the bay and city that are exceptional. Los Muertos Brewing Company
If you’re in the mood for a pint of beer and pizza, look no further than Los Muertos Brewing. Established in 2012, Los Muertos was the first artesanal brewery in town. They have beers for every taste from the light bodied ale Mexicana Rubia, to the spicy Anillo de Fuego to the nutty, medium bodied Agave Maria. If there are too many choices, try the flight so you can have a taste of the variety available. The delicious oven fired pizza is one of the best in town. The bar has several big screen TV’s and is a great spot to watch sports games while you enjoy your pizza and beer. If you prefer a quieter atmosphere, head upstairs to the restaurant for a more relaxed meal.

Salud Super Foods
A casual and cozy restaurant that is open for breakfast and lunch six days a week (Monday thru Saturday) from 9-5 is Salud Super Foods. Located in the heart of the Romantica Zone on Olas Atlas, it specializes in healthy, inexpensive plates that can please every palate. No list of best restaurants in PV would be complete without tacos! El Carboncito is the best spot for late night tacos after a fun night on the town. Their specialist is al pastor tacos which are shredded pork tacos, sliced from the meat and topped with onions, cilantro and fresh piece of pineapple. They also serve carne asada tacos which are some of the best around. Don’t forget to try a volcan, which is a crispy tortilla topped with melted cheese and al pastor meat. They have an array of amazing sauces to try, everything from a cool avocado sauce to a super spicy chile de arbol salsa. Delicious!!!
